These general conditions (and accommodation conditions) apply to the reservation of our hotel. By making a hotel reservation, by any means, guests agree to be bound by these conditions. Step 2: selection of the room type, number of rooms, and number of guests.<\/p>\n\n Step 3: selection of add-ons and additional services with display of the final price. To change the language, please access the language drop-down menu located at the top right of any page . <\/a> <\/p>\n\n In accordance with the specific conditions of the rates applied to the reservation, payment may and\/or must be made: i) fully or partially in advance at the time the reservation is completed; ii) at the moment the client registers at the hotel and physically accesses the room (check-in); and iii) at the moment the client leaves the room (check-out), for additional services generated during the stay and not paid for at check-in. Payments may be made by credit card accepted at the establishment and\/or in cash using legal tender in the country where the hotel is located. <\/p>\n\n If you make a reservation and submit a payment to us, such payment may be processed through a payment gateway system that collects your card details and encrypts them for subsequent processing. In all cases, the payment gateways used for this purpose shall be secure and comply with the necessary legal and technical requirements to ensure that your payment is secure. <\/p>\n\n A valid credit card must be presented at the time of making the reservation and the same credit card must be presented upon check-in at the hotel. We will not accept a credit card that is not in your name (that is, the name on the credit card and the reservation must match). This document is necessary for the reservation and check-in to be valid. We may refuse to check you into the hotel if you do not provide it. <\/p>\n\n We reserve the right to cancel reservations with manifest and obvious errors in the price or service at any time (without any cost to us). In such cases, we will offer you the option to make a new reservation at the correct price or with the correct information. <\/p>\n\n Upon arrival at the hotel, you must present a valid and current passport or a government-issued identity document (or any other identification document requested from you), which, for security and administrative control purposes, will be scanned or photocopied. The legal clause relating to the right of withdrawal shall not apply to reservations made through Children under legal age (as determined by the applicable regional, national, and\/or European legislation) staying at the hotel must be accompanied by their parents, authorized teachers, or other duly authorized guardians. The hotel may request the relevant documentation confirming that the child is accompanied by their parents, an authorized teacher, or another guardian, which may be scanned and\/or photocopied by HO. Only adults (that is, a person of legal age in accordance with Spanish regulations) may make reservations at our hotels. If cancellation or no-show is not notified in advance, the credit card provided during the reservation process may be charged an amount equivalent to the first night\u2019s stay, including VAT or other taxes (unless otherwise provided in these conditions). Failure to check in or a \u201cno-show\u201d will result in the charge of the first night of the reservation, as provided in the previous paragraph. In the event of an early departure by guests after check-in has been completed, the establishment reserves the right not to refund the proportional part of the unused reservation, charging the full amount thereof. Likewise, the reservation may be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the start of the reservation. After this period, as stated above, the first night of the reservation will be charged to your credit card. <\/p>\n\n We may place a pre-authorisation deposit on your credit card to cover any unforeseen expenses incurred by you or any damage you may cause during your stay at the hotel. The release period for the funds is controlled by your bank. The amount of the deposit will be clearly communicated during the booking process. The pre-authorisation will affect your available balance or spending limit. For further information regarding this practice, we recommend that you contact your bank. Once the pre-authorisation has been made, we will not be able to release, remove, or reduce the authorised amount until the final account is settled upon departure. You also agree to be responsible for the cost of repairing any damage caused to the hotel during your stay and for any deep cleaning required as a result of leaving the room (or any part of the hotel) in an excessively dirty condition. The cost of such expenses shall be the amount incurred by us, and cleaning services will be charged at commercial rates. If the hotel is unable to fulfil its obligations due to a force majeure event, it may cancel your booking and offer you an alternative date or a refund, without any further liability.
