Distinguished by its unique style, it stands out for its smooth, rounded flavour, deep dark colour and incomparable aroma. Aged using the traditional solera and criadera system in American oak casks that previously held very old Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherries.

Aged for 12 months in American white oak, giving it greater depth and a rounder profile. Smooth notes of caramel and vanilla with hints of spice and oak. Silky, balanced and elegant finish.
